New home plumbing rough-in at a Wilton estate build

Plumbing for New Builds

New homes around Wilton, Bingara Gorge and the surrounding release areas are built on tight programs, and plumbing sits on the critical path. We work directly with your site supervisor to sequence underground work before the slab, keep trenching clear of other trades, and get rough-in done in step with framing so nobody is waiting on us. All work is carried out to AS/NZS 3500 and the NSW Plumbing Code of Australia, with certificates and compliance documentation supplied as each stage closes out.

Because every lot in a new estate is different, we survey levels and connection points before we quote. That means fewer variations later, no surprises when the sewer tie-in doesn’t sit exactly where the plan shows, and a finished home that drains the way it should.

Rough-In & Fitoff

Rough-in is the stage most homeowners never see, and the one that matters most. Before the slab is poured we lay the under-slab drainage, sewer and stormwater lines, and set out the water and gas fitting pipework so it lands in the right place for the fixtures chosen. Getting fall, alignment and penetration positions right now avoids cutting through finished walls later.

Fitoff happens near completion, once cabinetry and tiling are in. We install toilets, basins, tapware, showers, baths, laundry tubs, the hot water unit and all final connections, then pressure-test and commission the system. Every fixture is checked for leaks and flow, the site is left clean, and you get a full handover walk-through so you know where every isolation valve lives.

Builder Packages

Builders running multiple lots through Wilton and the wider Macarthur growth corridor can ask about package quotes. Volume pricing, consistent scheduling across a release and standardised documentation keep builds moving. Whether you are delivering duplexes, single-storey project homes or custom designs, tell us the program and we will find the right crew.

Owner-builders get the same attention without the volume commitment. We’ll quote stage by stage, underground, rough-in, fitoff, so you can budget with certainty and only pay for the work as it’s completed. If something changes on site, we tell you before it becomes a cost.

Pre-Purchase Inspections

Buying a new or near-new home in an estate? We carry out pre-purchase plumbing inspections that go well beyond a visual look. We test drainage with a camera where needed, check for blocked drains or poor fall, verify water pressure and supply, inspect the hot water system and its compliance, and confirm gas lines and connections are safe and certified.

You receive a clear written report with photos and plain-English recommendations, so you know exactly what you’re buying before you sign. It’s a small cost that can save thousands in rectification work after settlement.
