Any quote or estimate provided is based on the information you give us, including photos, descriptions and details supplied through this website. If the actual conditions differ once we inspect the site, for example access, pipe condition or hidden damage, the price may need to be adjusted. We will always explain what has changed and confirm the pricing with you before any work begins. No work proceeds without your approval.
Bookings and Access
To complete a booking we need safe and reasonable access to the work area, including any meter, tap, drain or roof space involved. Where the site is a rental, a commercial property or an occupied home, an adult who can authorise the work should be present. If we cannot gain safe access at the agreed time, we may need to reschedule and a call-out fee may apply.
Workmanship and Guarantee
Wilton Plumber is a referral service. Plumbing work is carried out by independent plumbers who hold the NSW licence required for that work. The plumber, not the referral service, is responsible for their workmanship and for any guarantee they give. You also have the statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the referral service is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for work carried out by independent plumbers. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
